Why does the Young Polish Woman Gala take place on November 28?

November 28 is no coincidence. On this day, 105 years ago, Polish women were granted the right to vote. This symbolic event, sealed by Józef Piłsudski's decree, reminds us of a key moment in the history of women's emancipation. The gala, held on this day, becomes a tribute to those who opened the door for future generations of women. The aim of the competition is to inspire young Polish women to continue the legacy that was passed on to them over a hundred years ago. It is a celebration of young talents, women's strength and inspiration for future generations. The gala was hosted by Agnieszka D. Michalczyk, president of the Queen Maria Kazimiera Foundation and Monika Żochowska, CEO and co-founder of the GLOV® brand.
