PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THE SLOGAN "BLACK WEEK"

  • 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. The organizer of the "BLACK WEEK" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is Phenicoptere limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw (00-791), 14a Chocimska St., unit 101, NIP: 7010338017, REGON: 146074531, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000416003, e-mail: sklep@phenicoptere.com (hereinafter: "Organizer").
  2. The promotion is conducted based on the provisions of these terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") and applicable legal regulations. Additionally, the provisions of the glov.co website Terms and Conditions apply: https://glov.co/policies/terms-of-service.
  3. The regulations define the rules of operation, conditions, scope, and complaint procedure of the Promotion, the terms of use and rights granted to participants in the Promotion, as well as the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter also: "Promotion Terms").
  4. The promotion applies only to goods offered by the Organizer on the website available at the following URL: https://glov.co/ (hereinafter: "Online store").
  5. The promotion runs from the 17th November 2025 from 00:00 by December 1 2025 until 23:59 (continued: "Promotion Duration") or while stocks last, with the possibility to take advantage of the Promotion being determined by the date and time the order is placed in the Online Store.
  • 2. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
  1. Participation in the Promotion is entirely voluntary.
  2. Participants of the Promotion may be natural persons who, during the Promotion Period, purchase products covered by the Promotion in the Online Store, and additionally meet the Promotion Conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Participants").
  3. All Promotion Participants are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  4. A Promotion Participant may take part in the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period, provided that the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions are met each time.
  • 3. PROMOTION TERMS
  1. The Organizer, as part of the "BLACK WEEK" Promotion, under the terms specified in the Regulations, provides Participants with the opportunity to take advantage of the promotional campaign "BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE", available in the Online Store. Promotion "BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE" applies to all products marked 1+1 free, except for those that do not have this marking and are in the "OUTLET and gift cards" collection. Products from the "OUTLET" collection are not eligible for doubling.
  2. The indicated promotional action within the Promotion applies only to products at regular price.
  3. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, reductions, discounts, price cuts, promotional campaigns, special price or product offers available in the online store. Multipacks and purchases made under the subscription model are excluded from the promotion. During the promotion period, the Organizer disables the use of dedicated discount codes in the online store.
  4. As part of the Promotion "BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE", every product marked 1+1 FREE added to the cart by the Participant ( except for products from the OUTLET collection, products without the 1+1 FREE label and gift cards) in the Online Store within a single transaction, it will be automatically doubled, i.e. the Participant will receive a second identical product for free as part of the so-called Promotional package, subject to the proviso that due to technical limitations of the Online Store, the second product will not appear in the Participant's cart, but will be added to the order by the Organizer on the day the order is shipped.
  5. The number of products added to the cart as part of the Promotion cannot exceed 20 items.
  6. The promotion does not cover the delivery costs of products purchased as part of the Promotion in the online store, which the Participant bears in full.
  7. The Promotion is applied automatically at the time of completing purchases in the online store, in the so-called "cart," meaning the Participant does not need to take any additional actions.
  8. The Organizer has the right to refuse to apply the Promotion in the event of a purchase made after the Promotion Period has ended, as well as in the case of failure to meet the participation conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions.
  • 4. COMPLAINTS

 

  1. Each Participant has the right to submit a complaint to the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion.
  2. The complaint should include the first name, last name, correspondence address, phone number and email address, a legible signature of the Participant (in the case of submitting correspondence in written form), as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint.
  3. The complaint should be submitted by email (to the address: sklep@phenicoptere.com) or in writing (by registered mail) to the address:

  1. Complaints that make it impossible to contact the Participant will not be considered.
  2. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and will notify about its resolution. The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint in writing, by email, or by phone.

 

  • 5. RULES FOR RETURNING PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

 

  1. In the case of a Participant purchasing Products as part of the Promotion in the Online Store, they have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract under the terms set out in the regulations of the glov.co website: https://glov.co/policies/terms-of-service, subject to section 2 below.
  2. Items purchased as part of the Promotion can only be returned if the Participant returns all purchased products. If the order consists of a Package or Promotional Set, the Participant may only cancel the entire Promotional Package or Promotional Set. It is not possible to cancel individual products included in the Package or Promotional Set.

 

 

  • 6. FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. The Organizer provides Participants with personal data protection based on the Privacy Policy published in the Online Store at the address: https://glov.co/policies/privacy-policy.
  2. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not infringe upon generally applicable laws. In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions proves to be contrary to applicable law, that provision shall not apply.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are available at the Organizer's registered office and on the website available at the following URL: https://glov.co/.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in favor of the Participants without prior notice. All changes are effective from the date they are published on the website available at the following URL: https://glov.co/.
  5. All questions regarding the Contest should be directed to the Organizer at: sklep@phenicoptere.com.
  6. The regulations come into force upon their adoption.
